Twitter Inc. is now merged into X Corp. and even no longer exists, according to a court filing that was first noted in a Slate piece. The new firm that Twitter has founded is unrelated to the litigation. In actuality, the lawsuit was brought by a lone individual against “former Twitter” for breaking federal racketeering statutes.

A total shutdown of the blogging service was never ruled out after cycles and cycles of job cuts at Twitter Inc. But Elon Musk has different ideas. Twitter Inc. no longer exists, according to a court filing. It has been purchased by Musk’s additional business, X Corp.

According to the court document, Twitter Inc.’s “successor in interest” is X Corp., which additionally represents a defendant in the aforementioned cases. The parent company has been determined to be X Holdings Corp. Boring business, Neuralink, SpaceX, Tesla, and Twitter are all expected to become a part of Musk’s super business, X Holdings Corp.

Elon Musk opted to eliminate the covering of the letter “w” but had it colored white, effectively hiding it in the color of the background after Twitter’s SF headquarters owner complained without a modification in the name.

Days prior, Twitter CEO Elon Musk began tinkering with the social media business’s logo by swapping it out for the Dogecoin cryptocurrency emblem. Later, it was discovered that Twitter’s offices’ lettering omitted a “w,” resulting in “Twitter.”
