OnePlus Open was rolled out in global markets including India on Thursday. It is the first foldable phone by the brand, OnePlus. The newly released smartphone offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz on both panels, a 6.31-inch outer screen, 7.82-inch AMOLED inner display with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.

OnePlus Open Availability and Price in India
In India, the price of the OnePlus Open starts at Rs. 1,39,999 for the soul variant available which is 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage variant. The phone will be available in various colour options including Voyager Black and Emerald Dusk.
The phone can be procured from retail stores across the country, Amazon, and the official OnePlus website.
The pre-orders have begun and the sale will start from 27 October. With the help of ICICI Bank and OneCard Instant Bank discounts, Customers can avail of up to Rs. 5,000 discount.
However, in the US, the sole variant of the phone will be available at roughly Rs. 1,41,300 or $1,699. Moreover, in Europe, the same smartphone will be available at roughly Rs. 1,58,100 or EUR 1,799.
OnePlus Open Features and Specifications
OnePlus Open comes with a dual-SIM (Nano) feature with Android 13, and OxygenOS 13.2. It offers peak brightness of up to 2,800 nits, a touch response rate of up to 240Hz, and a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The phone flaunts an ultra-thin glass protective material.
The outer screen is a 6.31-inch (1,116×2,484 pixels) 2K LTPO 3.0 Super Fluid AMOLED display. The phone is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. It pairs with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and 740 GPU. The memory available in the Smartphone can also be expanded by 4GB, 8GB, and 12 GB.
OnePlus offers a Hasselblad-branded triple-camera setup for videos and pictures. It is equipped with an ultra-wide-angle primary camera sensor of 48 megapixels with 1.43-inch Sony LYT-T808 EIS and OIS along with f/1.7 aperture, 85-degree field-of-view. The phone supports 120x digital zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and 3x optical zoom.
