Vivek Bindra vs Sandeep Maheshwari Big Update: FIR against Bada Business owner for assaulting his wife and breaking her eardrums

Vivek Bindra is currently at the center of a huge scam that was exposed by Sandeep Maheshwari, a high-profile Indian YouTuber and motivational speaker. However, he is again in media headlines for a new case this time. Yanika Bindra’s brother has registered a case of assault against Vivek Bindra, a motivational speaker and social media influencer for assaulting his spouse. Yanika Bindra got married to Vivek Bindra less than a month ago.

Yanika tied the knot with Vivek on December 6, 2023. However, it is to be noted that, Vivek Bindra got a case filed against him on December 14, 2023, a few days after the duo’s marriage ceremony. The victim, Yanika Bindra’s brother lodged the First Information Report against his brother-in-law at Noida Sector 126 police station. Vivek Bindra, the motivational speaker has violated various sections of IPC including 325, 323, 427, and 504.

FIR Lodged Against Vivek Bindra

In the FIR lodged, the victim’s brother mentioned that an argument broke out between Vivek Bindra and his mother. When Yanika Bindra interfered, a brawl broke out between the newlywed couple. The complainant also mentioned that Bindra locked Yanika, his newlywed sister in a room. Moreover, she was subjected to severe abuse and physical assault which resulted in ailments and injuries all over her body.

Currently, Yanika is under hospital supervision in Delhi as her eardrums ruptured and she is having trouble hearing. She also got severe and brutal injury marks covering her entire body. As per the complainant, the accused, Bindra also broke Yanika’s smartphone while assaulting her. Moreover, a thorough investigation into the matter has been started by the Noida police.
