A Memorandum of Understanding was signed during a press conference attended by key representatives from both clubs, emphasizing the exchange of knowledge and expertise.

“We are delighted to unveil our collaboration with Norwich City. We anticipate significant advancements for our developmental teams through this partnership,” said Ekansh Gupta, Vice President of Chennaiyin FC.

Norwich City FC’s Commercial Director, Sam Jeffery, expressed excitement about entering the Indian football market and highlighted the commercial opportunities in the region. The collaboration aims to enhance coaching standards and player development through workshops and joint programs.

Both clubs will engage in periodic friendly matches and training camps to provide valuable exposure to players.
