Iran says Israel behind gas pipeline blasts

Iran’s Oil Minister, Javad Owji, has accused Israel of orchestrating the recent blasts that targeted the country’s gas transfer pipelines. The blasts, which occurred on February 14 in the provinces of Fars, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, were described by Owji as an “Israeli conspiracy”. The Iranian Minister stated that the blasts failed to disrupt gas supplies, and the damaged pipelines were quickly repaired.

The explosions, which reportedly occurred in hard-to-reach mountainous areas, did not result in any disruption to the gas supply in the country. Owji referred to the blasts as “acts of terror” with the intention of disrupting gas supplies to major provinces. Despite the severity of the explosions, they were swiftly addressed and did not impact the gas supply to any part of Iran.

As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the explosions. The Iranian government and authorities are conducting further investigations into the incidents to determine the culprits behind the attacks. The accusations made by the Iranian Oil Minister highlight the ongoing tensions and allegations between Iran and Israel, further exacerbating the strained relations between the two countries.

The Iranian Minister’s remarks come amid heightened tensions in the region and ongoing geopolitical conflicts. The allegations of an “Israeli conspiracy” regarding the blasts on the gas pipelines have raised concerns about the potential for further escalations and retaliatory actions. The Iranian government is expected to take the matter seriously and address the implications of these accusations on the country’s security and stability.

In conclusion, the recent blasts on Iran’s gas transfer pipelines have been attributed to an “Israeli conspiracy” by the country’s Oil Minister, Javad Owji. The Iranian government is actively investigating the incidents and working to ensure the security and stability of the gas supply in the country, amidst rising tensions and geopolitical conflicts in the region.
