The Aprilia Tuareg 660, an adventure tourer, has been listed on the brand’s India website, hinting at an imminent launch. The motorcycle shares its engine with the RS660 and Tuono 660, promising performance and versatility in the segment. The launch timeline is yet to be confirmed.

Powering the Tuareg 660 is a 659 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, generating 79 bhp of max power and 70 Nm of peak torque. The engine has been detuned for the adventure tourer compared to the RS660 and Tuono 660, focusing on lower and mid-range power delivery. A 6-speed gearbox with optional quickshifter adds to the performance aspect.

Offered in Atreides Black, Canyon Sand, and Dakar Podium color schemes, the Tuareg 660 features elements like a large windscreen, spoked rims, flat seat, and 240 mm of ground clearance for tackling rough terrains. The motorcycle also comes with advanced features like ABS deactivation, APRC system, and a 5-inch TFT screen for enhanced riding experience.
