NCB to interrogate Arjun Rampal and girlfriend Gabriella

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided the house of actor Arjun Rampal on Monday and conducted searches in the Bollywood drugs case. He and girlfriend Gabriella Dimitriades are then summoned for questioning. According to NCB officials, a summons has been issued to Arjun.

According to media reports, the NCB conducted raids in several areas of Mumbai on Monday based on the tip of a man arrested. In this episode, the NCB team arrived at Arjun Rampal’s Bandra residence at 7 am and searched till 3 am.

According to ANI, NCB officials have taken Arjun’s electronic gadgets into their possession and issued summons to them to join the Investigation. Arjun’s girlfriend and live-in partner Gabriella Dimitriades is also scheduled to appear before the Narcotics Bureau for a competent inquiry on 11 November in the drugs case. According to media reports, 11 items have been seized, including Arjun’s mobile, laptop, and tablet. Some papers have also been taken into possession by NCB.

Let me tell here that Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend Gabriella Dimitriades’ brother Agicillas Dimitriades is already caught in the drugs case. He was again detained by the NCB on Sunday (8 November). Earlier in October, Agislaos was arrested by NCB. Agicillos is a South Indian citizen. He was later granted bail on certain conditions by the NDPS court.

Bollywood will not be allowed to shift – Anil Parab

Meanwhile, an important statement by Anil Parab, Minister in the Government of Maharashtra, has come out. Parab said that the story is wrong that the whole of Bollywood is bad because some people are involved in drugs. Action should be taken against those who are associated with it. Parab also spoke of stopping the conspiracies to shift Bollywood under the guise of drugs.

Wife of a Bollywood producer arrested

The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested several paddlers in this regard. Names of several celebrities also sprung up on the chats, which were questioned by NCB. These include Deepika Padukone, Rakulpreet, Sara Ali Khan, and Shraddha Kapoor. Deepika Padukone’s ex-manager Karishma Prakash is also on the radar of NCB and she is being questioned. During an important development on Sunday, the NCB team raided the house of film producer Feroze Nadiadwala and seized commercial quantities of narcotics.

ANI was quoted by NCB’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede as saying that Firoz’s wife has been arrested. Firoz has also been issued summons to inquire into the case.
