Noida metro management goes for passenger’s suggestions with the help of questionnaires to handle rush

To handle the rush in the metro stations, the Noida Metro Authority will be asking the passengers through questionnaires on how to tackle the increasing rush. A mobile app will be made by the administration for paying as well as booking different modes. Additionally, the Metro corporation will also be taking suggestions from battery and cycle rickshaw drivers. The concerned officials have stated that they will start taking suggestions from the commuters from May 25th to 4th June through a questionnaire.

The questionnaire will be made containing questions regarding challenges, travelling needs and priorities of passengers. Plus, the administration has urged every passenger to participate who uses public transportation regularly. Every 100 commuters who have given their feedback will be rewarded along with the answers to be shared on the NMRC website. 

Based on all the suggestions, the committee will make the app. The questionnaires will be available for the public at Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park 2 as well as Noida Sector 51 metro stations in Greater Noida. To access the questionnaire, two QR code has been released by the NMRC i.e. one for the transport providers and the other for the passengers. All the questions will come right up once you scan the code and fill out the necessary details.

Recently, NMRC officials have stated that Noida Metro Rail Corporation has been issued a status of nodal authority for mobility services in the Greater Noida and Noida areas. With this responsibility, the NMRC aims to make the overall travel experience less time-consuming, safe, convenient and budget-friendly. To achieve this, the authority needs to collect some information on a top priority basis that regular commuters have to face every day.
