PKL 10: Battle for trophy to resume on Monday as Season 10 reaches Playoffs stages

Hyderabad, Feb 24 (IANS) – The Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 Playoffs are set to kick off on February 26 with top six teams battling it out for a spot in the semifinals. The playoffs will take place at GMC Balayogi Sports Complex, Gachibowli with two exciting Eliminator matches.

Dabang Delhi K.C. will face Patna Pirates in Eliminator 1, while Gujarat Giants will go up against Haryana Steelers in Eliminator 2 on Monday. The winners will advance to the semifinals scheduled for February 28, where Puneri Paltan and Jaipur Pink Panthers have already secured their spots.

League Commissioner, Anupam Goswami, expressed his excitement for the playoffs, stating, “PKL Season 10 has been very special…we are confident that the PKL Season 10 Playoffs and Finale will set new thresholds for quality of competition.”

Puneri Paltan’s skipper, Aslam Inamdar, is determined to continue their successful run, saying, “After having topped the league, the only way to end this campaign is by giving the fans the PKL trophy.” Jaipur Pink Panthers’ captain, Sunil Kumar, is confident in defending their title, stating, “We will also give our 100% to defend our title and win our third trophy.”

The semifinal winners will compete in the grand finale on March 1. Kabaddi enthusiasts can look forward to thrilling matches as the teams vie for the championship title in the City of Pearls.
