In Odesa, five people were killed and others injured as Russia targeted the city’s port with a missile during a visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Nataliia Humeniuk, a spokesperson of Ukraine’s Southern Operational Command, stated that the attack was not related to the visit specifically but part of Russia’s systematic terror acts.

Russian strikes in Donetsk region resulted in casualties, with one person killed in the village of Netailove and others injured in neighboring villages.

Other regions like Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia were targeted as well, but no civilian casualties were reported.

The continuous attacks by Russian forces have caused devastation and loss of lives in various regions of Ukraine, prompting international condemnation and calls for immediate ceasefire and peace negotiations. The situation remains volatile as the conflict escalates, leaving many innocent civilians at risk of harm and displacement.
