Debunking Fact: Truth Behind Vedant Agarwal Rap Viral Video of Pune Porsche Crash Accused

A video is circulating all over the internet claiming that a 17-year-old boy, Vedant Agarwal, was involved in the Pune Porsche crash. The case also involved the killing of two individuals due to a speeding car by Vedant. A video went viral with a rap song on Instagram the same day when the 17-year-old got bail.

The video received intense condemnation and criticism from the netizens. The Free Press Journal reported that Pune Police have confirmed that the boy in the viral video is not the minor boy who got bail recently.

In the rap video, the individual could be heard singing, “Karke baitha main nashe in my Porsche, saamne aaya couple mere ab woh hai neeche, sound so cliché, sorry gaadi chad gayi aap pe. 17 ki umar paise khub mere baap pe, 1 din mein mil gayi mujhe bail, phir se dikhaunga sadak pe khel.”

The lyrics of the rap are igniting and provoking. However, this resulted in the rapper making the netizens furious. Later it was discovered that the video was made by a user from Instagram with the handle, “Cringistaan2.” The content creator is Aryan Dev Neekhra.

ACP of Crime Branch, Zone 1, Sunil Tambe clarified that the viral content creator on Instagram who claimed that he is behind the Porsche accident was fake. Moreover, he added, “It is going viral on social media platforms. We are doing technical analysis and investigating the matter.”

However, this was not the end of brutality or insensitivity. Another Instagram user shared a screenshot in which the boy could be spotted ridiculing the incident.

As the case intensifies and spreads everywhere on the internet, on May 23, Wednesday, the Juvenile Justice Board canceled the bail that was granted to the minor boy.
