1. It is mandatory for a female beneficiary to have a regular membership of at least a year. The declaration form should be completely filled in and uploaded to the website.
2. If the female beneficiary is the daughter of a registered laborer and she is availing higher education at an institution, then the head of the higher education institution or college is liable to issue a certificate which should be uploaded to the website.
3. Students enrolled in any college or higher educational institution within the territory of Haryana state are only eligible.
4. The female beneficiary should not be a married woman, and her age is required to be 18 years or more to be eligible for the scheme.
5. If applicable, a valid license is also required to drive a two-wheeler.
6. The minimum percentage of marks required by the female beneficiary is 60% or above in her 12th class.
7. Only one electric scooter can be procured per household under this scheme.
8. The maximum amount of assistance provided will be the ex-showroom price or Rs 50,000/-, whichever is lower. Assistance is provided on e-Rupee.
9. It is mandatory for the beneficiary to upload the bill for procurement of an electric scooter to the website within one month of receiving the incentive assistance. If breached, the female beneficiary will not be provided with any other welfare schemes in the future.

1. Registration: Visit www.hrylabour.gov.in, the official website, and create a login ID by providing a mobile number. After this, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided. Thus, the login ID is created. The password will be sent via SMS to the mobile number.
The worker needs to make sure that the number provided is active. It is also important to remember the username and password.Then the interested individual has to provide his Aadhaar number along with his family’s for validation. The name mentioned on the Aadhaar card and the form must be the same. After validation of the Aadhaar number, the worker can log into his account.
2. Filling up the Form: The worker is required to create a profile by entering his basic information, including personal details such as gender, age; family details like spouse’s name, and work experience.Please note: 90 days’ work experience is mandatory.It is then required to upload the documents related to work experience to get them certified.
3. Instructions for Document Upload: To upload the documents to the website, ensure that the documents are in the prescribed size and format.
4. Fees Payment: The user can pay the fees online if required. Fees can be paid online for 1/2/3 years.
5. Submission of Application: After filling in the form correctly, submit it for processing and review.
6. Application Tracking: The status of the application can be tracked online. Relevant updates are sent to the registered mobile number.”
