In the latest update, Respawn’s famous Battle Royale title Apex Legends has introduced its new update in Season 15 named Eclipse. The latest season will soon be available for the public on November 1. It will feature many exciting additions such as a new Legend, map and more.
One of the most waiting facts in the Eclipse would be the introduction of new character, ‘Catalyst or Tressa Smith’, who is said to be the first transgender character in the gaming world.
Apex Legends Season 15 Eclipse
You might have heard about Catalyst in the stories of Outlands: Last Hope lore video, which highlighted the character’s origins and backstory. It features an animated video telling how Catalyst – real name Tressa Smith finds herself tangled in an eco-terrorist plan in order to protect Boreas’ moon, Cleo. In the game’s official trailer, you will notice Catalyst’s power featuring the ferrofluid that she takes with her wherever she goes. Plus, the upcoming Legend has been shown as “an experienced terraformer and defensive conjurer”, as she uses her powers against Seer in the trailer.
Coming to Cleo, Apex Legends will also be featuring a new location for players to fight it out under the Moon of Boreas. Additionally, the long-rumored map has also been teased over the last few months before the trailer. Some other things came to light, like Catalyst’s lore video, you can see rocks floating around Cleo.
Surprising Gifting Options
The game manufacturers or developers have confirmed the game will feature Gifting options. It will allow players to gift items to their friends. Like skins and bundles that can be purchased with Apex Coins from the Store. After so much hype the trailer will surely be worth the wait.
