Yuvan Nandal and Hitesh Chauhan make their debut in ATP rankings

Yuvan Nandal and Hitesh Chauhan earned their first ATP ranking points at the ongoing 15K ITF World Tour at the CLTA Complex. Yuvan defeated Adil Kalyanpur, while Hitesh emerged victorious against Shanker Heisnam to progress to the next round.

Yuvan will face Siddharth Vishwakarma, and Hitesh awaits the challenge of either Khumoyun Sultanov or Manish Sureshkumar in the second round. Yuvan, a former India junior No. 1, has participated in all four junior Grand Slams in 2023. Hitesh recently won a bronze at the Khelo India Youth Games.

Both Yuvan and Hitesh train at Roundglass Tennis Academy under the guidance of Technical Director and renowned coach, Aditya Sachdeva. Aditya expressed his pride in their achievement and acknowledged the tough competition ahead in the ATP rankings. The players have shown great improvement and potential for success in the future.
