Thales is hiring 550 employees in their Bengaluru and Noida Centre

Thales, French Aerospace and Defence company is hiring 500 employees from India for their Bengaluru and Noida engineering centres. This year 2023, Thales is planning to hire 12,000 employees to achieve their desired growth in its 3 core markets- Security and Defence, Aerospace and Digital Identity and Security, the company stated.

Hiring will be done across the globe and is expected to take around 550 in India,  5,500 new employees in France, 600 in Australia, 540 in the United States and 1,050 in the United Kingdom, Thales said. 

Above mentioned hiring is in every department of the company’s business segment, most particularly for its Bengaluru and Noida sites. As per company sources, recruitment is in the form of fixed-term contracts, permanent along with offering internal mobility options for Indian employees around the world. 

In these centres, the company is looking for software engineers, hardware engineers, experts in digital technologies and project managers and systems architects, offering them the opportunity to help to build a safer, greener, more inclusive world, it said. They further added that the company is working towards improving its gender balance in its workforce. Last year, the company’s women accounted for 25% of its new hiring in India and represented 22% of the Group’s India workforce.

Thales always states that they pay more attention towards nurturing the future of the country by offering internship programmes. As per the company’s records, 80 Indian students have joined the Thales as an intern.
