Michael Ferdinand Shooting At Pickering Casino: Cause of Death Explored

With a heavy heart, we announce the death of Michael Ferdinand, a security guard at Pickering Casino Resort. He lost his life in a shooting that occurred in the casino. He was just 34 years old at the time of his death.

It all happened on 9 October 2023 at 5 am. Police authority received a call regarding an armed individual entering Pickering Casino Resort, located at 888 Durham Live Avenue in Pickering. The west division police immediately sent a team to the spot.

Upon reaching, they saw a lifeless body that had been shot. The whole place was evacuated and the injured victim was sent to a nearby hospital. Sadly he was pronounced dead once he reached the trauma center in Toronto. Later the victim was identified as Michael Ferdinand.

As mentioned above, he lost his life after being shot by an armed individual who entered the casino. His family is devastated and wants some privacy to heal and cope with this tragedy. The funeral arrangements will soon be announced.

As per news reports, a police investigation is going on, they are analyzing camera footage to find out who exactly were armed individuals. They are also urging public to come forward if you have any relevant information regarding the recent incident.
