Renowned Nigerian musician Wizkid is currently devastated as he has suffered a tragic loss in his life. Her mother Jane Dolapo died on 18th August 2023 in London. The news of her death was later confirmed by Wizkid’s manager, Sunday Are.
His entire family is sad about this tragic loss. He had to publicly address his mother’s sudden demise stating he never felt this kind of pain in his life. He further addressed that losing a mother is like losing a part of yourself.

As per news reports, she was suffering from a brief illness and lost her battle on 18 August 2023. The exact remains behind her death are not revealed to the public. All we know is that she has some serious health issues.

Jane Dolapo, Wizkid’s mother was buried in Lagos, Nigeria on 13th October 2023. Her burial ceremony was a close family affair, only close family and friends were allowed. Earlier in many interviews, he used to say, that her mother is his biggest supporter of him.
