As per news reports, Colin 26 and Emily, 24 were going to their regular duty at a fire station, when suddenly an emergency alarm went off. Due to heavy rain, their vehicle veered off from the road on Pennsylvania Route 100 and crashed into a tree.
Colin sustained severe injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. Whereas Emily had to undergo surgery. She is alive and currently in a speedy recovery.

“Colin was light and he was energy and he was just everything, and we had so much hopes and dreams for him,” said his mother Tracy Reedy in a conversation with 6abc.
“Everybody loved Colin. He was hardworking, funny, dedicated,” added his father Brian.
