Wilbur Soot Faces Domestic Violence Allegations from Ex-Girlfriend Shubble

American YouTuber Wilbur Soot has become a hot topic in the media. The drama has escalated so far that his ex-girlfriend didn’t even accept his apology. Let’s dive into the drama and find out more about it.

This all started when Twitch streamer Shelby Grace, popularly known as Shubble, went live on Twitch and openly talked about the abuse she suffered during one of her past relationships.

She didn’t take any name but added that her ex often used to bite her, leaving her with bruises.

Wilbur Soot and Shubble Drama Dominate Social Media 

She stated during the live stream-

“He would even joke that it looked like he abused me, and eventually he did acknowledge how bad it looked that I was covered in bruises all the time, so he stopped biting my arms as often and he started biting my legs instead.”

Though, during the entire livestream, she didn’t mention the name of her ex, but netizens were quick to figure out that it had to be Wilbur Soot.

The fellow YouTuber was in a romantic relationship with Shubble in the past and admitted to being a “biter.”

As the drama started to dominate social media, Wilbur Soot took to Twitter to share his side and publicly apologize.

Wilbur Soot in his message wrote –

“The allegation of abuse, particularly in the form of biting, deeply shocked me. Throughout our relationship, I understood it from our numerous conversations and text message exchanges. In the past week, a series of allegations have been made over the subject, that this behavior was consensual and playful and my conduct from an ex-girlfriend. I want to emphasize that, reciprocally enjoyed. I truly believe those personal messages, although feel it fair to offer my perspective, this person’s exchanges reflect mutual affection and understanding. Out of respect for her, I choose not to publish them and I emphasize this statement as I wanted to process and respond respectfully. My perspective is not shared to diminish or invalidate anyone’s feelings. Instead, I share it in the hope that I can offer a genuine, fair, and relevant insight into my understanding of the situation. During our relationship’s final months, I regrettably became slobbish, disrespectful, and selfish. These actions caused a lot of pain to my ex-girlfriend and I’ve since sought therapy to address these behaviors, making significant lifestyle changes to rectify my past actions. I have come to realize how much my past behavior hurt this person, but I truly, compassionately believe I have made great strides from the situation without detracting from its message. I am dedicated to earning and maintaining the trust of those around me and hope I continue to be held to these high standards I wish to attain and maintain.”

Shubble tweeted in response to his public apology,

“I could not have imagined what I would wake up to today. My ex pretended he thought I enjoyed being hurt… and all of my friends immediately came to my defense. The support has brought me to tears, I don’t even know what to say. I’ll be back, I’ll just be taking a little time.”

“And for the record, I don’t accept the apology.”

The Sun, a media publication stated that they reached out to both parties but no response has been received from their side.
