The Greater Noida as well as Noida are all ready to get the approval for their annual budget in their board meetings to be organised on the 21st and 23rd of April. Besides that, other important issues related to the overall development of the city will also be discussed during the meetings stated by the officials. Annual budgets are prepared every year regarding the city’s overall development.

Uttar Pradesh agricultural production commissioner and charge of Uttar Pradesh infrastructure and industrial commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh will also be attending the board meeting in Greater Noida and Noida. Also, he is the chairman of the twin industrial bodies and has to chair such meetings in order to check and approve the budget for the financial year 2023-24 along with other important decisions. “All departments are busy preparing the agenda to be discussed and approved in the board meetings,” said Ritu Maheshwari chief executive officer of the Noida and the Greater Noida authorities.
The Greater Noida and Noida authorities have also finalized their annual budget along with other funds allotment to many departments such as water wing, engineering, land department, traffic cell etc to name a few. Both authorities may increase the land allotment prices by 10% along with giving board ratifies hikes as per the officials. According to the rules, the officials may increase the rate for land allotment as well as the prices to alot the land to the buyers
“The authorities have to decide the new allotment rates by April before it launches new allotment schemes. The Noida and the Greater Noida authorities are likely to launch new property schemes in the coming months; therefore they have to finalise the allotment rates before the schemes are launched,” stated a Greater Noida authority official.
