Former IAF Chief and Ex-YSRCP MP joins BJP in Delhi
Former Indian Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria and former YSR Congress Party MP from Tirupati, Varaprasad Rao, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at its headquarters in New Delhi on Sunday. They were welcomed by Union Minister Anurag Thakur, BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde, and BJP National Media Co-Head Sanjay Mayukh.
Anurag Thakur warmly welcomed Bhadauria and Varaprasad Rao into the BJP, acknowledging their extensive experience and service to the nation. He highlighted the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in fulfilling the aspirations of millions of youth for a secure and prosperous India.
Vinod Tawde praised Bhadauria’s contributions to PM Modi’s ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision during his time in the Air Force, while also highlighting Varaprasad Rao’s experience in working with Chief Ministers and dedication to public service. The leaders emphasized the need for a ‘Samridh Bharat’, ‘Surakshit Bharat’, and ‘Viksit Bharat’ under PM Modi’s leadership.
The joining of the former IAF Chief and the ex-YSR Congress Party MP is seen as a significant development in BJP’s efforts to strengthen its leadership and expand its base. The move is expected to bring in valuable experience and expertise to the party, as it gears up for upcoming challenges and opportunities in the political landscape.
