A California man was apprehended by police on Friday when he was seen walking, holding the severed leg of an individual who had been struck by a train. This incident took place in California, US, as reported by TimesNow.

In the video, the man can be seen laughing hysterically, making eye contact with the person recording the video. Additionally, a voice can be heard in the background saying in English, “He’s eating that s***.”
